If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, ILLIGHTS RETURN POLICY provides you with an instore credit or exchange for products purchased from ILLIGHTS Online website.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

Product item(s) returned within 14 days of pick-up or delivery.

Product item(s) must be in the original factory carton(s) complete with all original internal packaging.

Product item(s) must NOT be modified for installation (i.e. Cut or Tangled Wires) in any way while in your possession.

If your product Item(s) meets the above Return criteria, then an AUTHORIZATION PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER will be used. Contact us: shopillights@gmail.com

NO RESTOCKING FEES

Depending on the situation. Typically no restocking fees will be charged. However customer must cover shipping costs back.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you encountered a product defect upon delivery, please email us immediately with a few pictures of the defect to request a replacement and we will provide you a return label or pick up the merchandise. In this case, we will issue an Authorization Product Return Number.

WRONG MERCHANDISE

If you received the wrong product item(s), please provide us with a picture of what you’ve received, and we will send you a return label or pick up the merchandise. In this case, we will issue an Authorization Product Return Number.

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • All product exchange requests MUST HAVE an Authorization Product Return Number in order to be accepted for return at our warehouse.

  • UNLESS the product items you ordered are defective or you received the wrong product items, you are responsible for return shipping fees, including insurance.

  • Product item(s) must not have been altered in any way, including cutting, clipping, or tangling wires, in order for them to be returned.

  • The product item(s) and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.

  • Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages and take pictures. This will help to claim insurance for any damage done during shipping.

  • Due to different computer monitors and colour chips that the customer may have, the colour or finish of the fixtures or shade may not be exactly as the customer has seen online. These differences do not indicate the item is defective.

  • Exchanges made outside of this stated policy may be subject to shipping and restocking fees depending on the situation.

  • Many products requires to be assembled are not considered defective.

  • All lighting fixtures are recommended to be installed by a certified electrician. Incorrect installation that causes damages or defects is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

    • We recommend you find a local electrician that specialize in installing chandeliers and other lighting fixtures.

  • We will ship you replacement parts for broken crystals, glass, provided you send us images of the damage.

  • Special Promotional Sales are Final and not eligible for return or exchange.
