Thank you for your interest in the products of ILLIGHTS.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ILLIGHTS.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanships under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, ILLIGHTS will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

ILLIGHTS, is not responsible for damages from incorrect installations such as damaged cables, or cables becoming tangled. However it is recommended that you contact us as soon as the situation arrises and we will see what we can do for you.

What will we do to correct the problems?

ILLIGHTS will replace the damage part of the product. If that is proved ineffective. ILLIGHTS will replace the product. Depending on the situations, shipping may or may not be covered by customer.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ILLIGHTS is 180 days from the date of purchase.

Returns can only to be made within 14 days upon delivery.

If you encounter a defect item upon delivery, please contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Water Damage, misuse, incidental property damage.

  • Damaged wire due to improper installation.

  • Tangled wires due to improper installation.

  • Wires that are cut when they are not suppose to.
