Shipping

Please allow 4-6 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. if an order is placed on the weekend and/or holiday, please allow 4-6 business days from the subsequent business day. during the holiday periods, please be advised that there may be delays with processing and shipping. free shipping promotions only apply to shipments within the Canada and any orders shipping to countries outside of the Canada will not qualify.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed or canceled, so please double check your information before submitting your order. orders with items out of stock will be canceled and payment will be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items for shipments with the status showing as "delivered". we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information and claim their package with the correct mailing carrier. Once we have shipped your package and have given you a tracking number, you, the customer, will be responsible for contacting UPS or any other courier/delivery service to resolve shipment related issues.

Returned packages due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded the original shipping costs, so please make sure to double-check your information before submitting an order.

If your tracking status is showing as "delivered", but you have not received your shipment, please contact the courier/delivery service used to open an investigation:
