Thank you for your interest in the products of ILLIGHTS. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from ILLIGHTS and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your ILLIGHTS product proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product or its defective parts at no charge.

Warranty Coverage

  • Material and Workmanship: Covers defects under normal use and maintenance.
  • Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace defective products or parts at no cost.
  • Shipping Costs: Depending on the situation, shipping costs may or may not be covered by the customer.

What Is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Water Damage: Damage caused by water or moisture.
  • Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse or neglect.
  • Incidental Property Damage: Any incidental or consequential property damage.
  • Improper Installation: Damage due to incorrect installation, such as damaged or tangled wires, or wires cut when not supposed to be.

Duration of Coverage

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from ILLIGHTS is one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. If you encounter a defective item upon delivery, please contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement.

Requirements for Warranty Service

To qualify for warranty service, please ensure the following:

  1. Original Packaging: Product(s) must be in the original factory carton(s) complete with all internal packaging.
  2. Unmodified Condition: Product(s) must not be modified for installation (e.g., cut or tangled wires) in any way while in your possession.

If your item(s) meet the above criteria, please contact us at shopillights@gmail.com to obtain an Authorization Product Return Number (APRN).

Important Reminders

  • Incorrect Installations: While ILLIGHTS is not responsible for damages from incorrect installations, we recommend contacting us as soon as an issue arises, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Customer Support: Our customer service team is here to help you with any warranty-related inquiries.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages. Take pictures to help claim insurance for any damage during shipping.
  • Certified Electrician: All lighting fixtures should be installed by a certified electrician. Incorrect installation that causes damage or defects is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Replacement Parts: We will ship replacement parts for broken crystals or glass if you send us images of the damage.
  • Special Promotions: Special promotional sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
